Panettiere is  only 17 years old, so watch out guys, she is still a minor till 21
of August . She is not that little cute girl anymore, now she is almost a
grown-up beautiful young lady. 

The
cheerleader from Heroes, wearing same see-through style dress as
Lindsay Lohan, was mistaken Tuesday night in Hollywood with Lohan while leaving
L’Scorpion.

She got mad when somebody shouted, 
"Give 'em hell Lindsay!" and Hayden yell back, "Don't
ever call me that again!"
